How can I book a pick up or delivery?

It’s easy! Call (306)761-3000 and talk to one of our office staff.  They will work with you to get your package where it needs to go, when you need it there.

 

How much will it cost to ship my package?

To get this answer you have to ask yourself several questions: Where is the package coming from and going to?  How fast does it need to be there? How much does it weigh and what are the dimensions? Do you require any special services or specific delivery time?  When you have answers to these questions call (306) 761-3000 and our office staff will give you a rate according to your needs.

 

What are your hours of operation?

Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday.  We do, however, offer after hours service.

 

Can I book a pick up or delivery after hours for another day?

No.  We ask that our customers only call the after-hours line for pick ups/ deliveries to be done that day. To book deliveries ahead of time, please call during regular business hours.

 

Do you delivery out of town?

We sure do!! We will make special trips out of town if requested.  We now make daily trips to Moose Jaw.

 

What if my package is damaged on delivery?

Gref’s Delivery believes in taking the best care of your package.  However, in case of an accident, Gref’s carries cargo insurance and will work with you to get the damage repaired to your satisfaction.
